This was last night.
And it got me thinking, what if I still had severe chronic pain? Severe Sciatic pain is the WORST! I know that from first hand experience. What if I’d had it all these dang near 20 years! ? What if I’d never figured out and developed My FEEL GOOD Way?
I used to have pain so bad I thought I was going to end up disabled. Really.
And I didn’t have insurance.
And might not have gotten disability. This is how people end up homeless. Right?
So I had to figure out how to fix it myself. And it worked. Thank goodness not only that I figured it out, but that I had the pain in the first place. Because now for all these years I have not only been out of pain, but have taught hundreds of people how to end their pain, and stress! My FEEL GOOD Way works.
One of the things I figured out after learning and doing a lot of great things that balanced my body, was, that the pain lingered because of the stress I was carrying around. The physical clenching of my muscles.
We’ve learned more about the brain and the body in the last 20 to 30 years than since the beginning of time! And one of the things we’ve learned, is that the human brain, even at rest is slightly anxious. That anxiety is from the fight or flight side of the nervous system, and releases drugs into our lymph and blood stream like adrenaline, cortisol, glucagon. Drugs that tense you up emotionally, mentally and physically. And that clenching that we don’t even know we are doing, is what keeps us in pain. It’s doing a number on our lives and relationships too!
One of the other things we’ve learned is that we can change it. And I’ve figured out it can be fun and easy!
When I came to this conclusion in my own life, I knew a lot of self relaxation techniques, but I wasn’t doing them. Or if I was, I was doing them in the morning or night, but was still tense during my days.
And I was DESPERATE! Very motivated to fix this. It hurt to stand, sit, and lay down. It hurt to walk. What could I have learned to do that I could make a living doing in that shape? It had all of my attention, day and night.
So I developed a program that integrates physical balancing and stress reduction that gets rid of chronic pain. Things I do while I walk around in my life. And it worked. And you can do these things too.
This is leading edge brain science combined with changing habits you have, both physically and mentally for the rest of your life, and can reset your nervous system to stay in rest and digest. Ahhhh. Nummy place.
But you don’t have to have debilitating pain to benefit from it. It helps with our generalized stress, severe pain but also addiction, mental health, relationship and work stuff. Symptoms of any physical disease are made better when you lower your stress.
The physical parts will also give you lifetime habits to prevent you from having the age related pain that we’ve gotten to believe is inevitable. It’s not. LOOK AT ME! DANCING MY ASS OFF at 58. I dance circles around young people all the time. And I intend to keep doing it because I am LIVING AND BREATHING My FEEL GOOD Way!
